Is this 1920 or 2020? Feeling like you’ve so far just to end up back where our Grandmothers were

Do you find yourself feeling as though you have time warped back to your grandmother’s age? As women, we have made great strides; but now we are thrown back to being housewives, care givers, and all the things that the women before us fought to be more than.
Between our kids, parents, and relatives we are trying to juggle of their needs, our professional obligations, and having to source basic necessities to get dinner on the table every night.

I don’t know about you, but there are some of my relatives I want to send out to the furthest tree to pick their switch like my Grandmother would have you do if you said or did something stupid. Granted the walking to pick the “right switch” and the act of bringing it back to her was 99% of the punishment, that is unless you didn’t pick one correctly. Which meant you were not thinking of why what you said or did was inappropriate.

With all of this said, do you find yourself wondering if there is any time or energy left for yourself?

Or just wishing for thirty minutes of quite time to be able to just breathe?

Now is our generations time to stand up for ourselves by declaring who we are – spiritually, emotionally, and personally.

There is the saying that you can’t get water from an empty well. Yet we keep giving until we are so tapped out that even thinking of working on ourselves, telling others no, and putting ourselves first just seems like an impossibility. Feeling isolated, depressed, short tempered, and just all around off and just trying to make it through this week while thinking that this is not who you have worked so hard to become.

Plus, if you see one more person post about Samantha from Bewitched twitching her nose and everything is done you might just scream at the cruelty of it. God knows, you have tried twitching your nose to no avail!

Now more than ever, you need to claim yourself, your spiritual gifts, and your wants and desires regardless of the what anyone else may say.

I know there will be friends and family that will get mad, jealous, and try to guilt you into remaining stuck in the paradigm of their choosing; but the time when women just blindly following “what is expected of them” for everyone else is over!

Now is your time to break the mold and say I MATTER!

No more hiding your gifts, your ideas, your wants and desires. Instead, standing up and saying I AM WORTH IT!

Change can be scary, but any goal worth going for should scare you some. That is what tells you that you’re on the right path. You just need someone to mirror back to who you truly are and help you along the way in declaring it.

If you are ready to Hell Yes (make link to discovery call) I would love to be that person for you to have 1000% at your back.

And if you know of other women that need to hear this, please forward this. We need to support one another more than ever now. And in that spirit, if you get someone to book a discovery call with me and let me know I will gift you a free 30 minutes power session as a way of saying thank you for supporting your fellow women.

Expect miracles!
